Rotation that sticks.

A sideways page is usually a scanner setting nobody noticed, and the fix has to survive the trip to whoever reads the file next. Rotating a page in a viewer often only changes how that viewer displays it; close the file and the page is sideways again. Here the rotation is written into the exported PDF, so the page opens correctly for everyone.

Because scans go wrong in batches rather than one page at a time, rotation applies to a selection. Shift-click a range or type one such as 4-9, rotate the whole group in one action, and undo it in one action if it went the wrong way. The thumbnails and the main page view both update as you queue the change, so you check the result before committing to it.

Rotation is a page property, not a redraw. Nothing is rasterised, no text is re-typeset and no image is re-encoded, which means a rotated page loses none of its quality and the file stays the same size.

Does rotating reduce the quality of the page?

No. Rotation sets a property on the page rather than redrawing it, so text stays selectable, images are not re-encoded and the file size does not grow.

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes. Select individual thumbnails, shift-click a contiguous range or type a page range, then apply the rotation to just that selection.

Will the rotation stay when I open the file elsewhere?

Yes. The rotation is saved into the exported PDF, so it is not a temporary view setting. The page opens the right way up in any reader.

Can I rotate by 180 degrees?

Yes. Pages can be turned left, right or a full 180 degrees, which is the usual fix for a batch fed into a scanner upside down.
